Are you looking to impress your friends with a simple and flavorful side dish? If so, then this is the perfect recipe for you! I learned this citrus salad recipe at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, and it has since become my go-to dish for potlucks. Not only does it look pretty, but it is also very healthy and delicious.
Ingredients (12 servings):
10 oranges
4 limes
4 lemons
4 grapefruit
Pinch salt

Directions:
1. Peel and segment oranges, limes, and lemons.
2. Toss segmented fruits in a bowl with a pinch of salt.
3. Thinly shave fennel bulbs, toss them into bowl as well.
4. Add olive oil. Toss a final time before plating the salad.
5. Extract seeds from the pomegranate, sprinkle them on top of the salad.
