These homemade Nutella and berry crêpes are flavorful and delicious. The combination of chocolate and tart berries makes these stuffed crêpes addicting and mouthwatering!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup strawberries and/or raspberries
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • ½ tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Then add in the milk, water, melted butter, and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Pour the batter into a blender and blend for approximately 1 minute or until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a non-stick pan over medium heat. Scoop ¼ cup of batter on the pan. Quickly tilt the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly on the surface of the pan.
  4. Cook the crepe for 2 minutes, or until it turns light golden brown. With a spatula, carefully loosen the crepe and flip over. Cook it on the other side for another 1-2 minutes, until the crepe is golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat the steps above with the remaining batter.
  6. For each crepe, spread fresh berries on half of the surface and drizzle Nutella over the berries. Fold the crepe into quarters and drizzle extra Nutella on top. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the crepes if desired.
  7. Serve while warm, and enjoy!
